Moms Making a Change

Moms Making a Change Program provides comprehensive gender-specific substance abuse & shelter services to pregnant women and women with children under the age of 18, who have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder. MMAC provides both shelter and outpatient treatment. The shelter component is available to women who attend the intensive outpatient program but are unable to maintain sobriety without a structured setting. Getting the proper shelter for their kids while working on treatment for themselves. We help provide family case management & counseling for both the Moms & child so before leaving the shelter / program the unresolved issues with be resolved.

We help with the reunification process with the Moms making sure they have met all the criteria in their case plan in order for their children to be reunited with their them.

Moms Making A Change program services include but are not limited to:

  • Access to substance use outpatient treatment
  • Shelter / Transitional housing
  • Family preservation / counseling services
  • Health services
  • Self-esteem and confidence building
  • Childcare services
